The Cessna 310 Looks Like.... The X-Wing!?

We all can probably deduce that the Star Wars fighters were inspired by real wartime fighter planes, but I was re-watching Star Wars and could not help but think of one of my favorite eras of historical airplanes- the 1970's. The 310 really does look like the X-Wing. I may be biased, but I do see it!
