ISLIP FLIGHT TRAINING

I am a current student in my Instrument rating after just completing my PPL a few weeks ago. AoA has been so helpful in making my dream of becoming a pilot not just a dream. Mike, my instructor, is always available to answer my questions, and to offer his support when I feel like things are challenging. He makes the lessons interesting, and everything seems just a little easier with him as my instructor. I love the friends I’ve made here, and we’re always taking advantage of the sims for extra practice, which is free to use. Pat, the ground instructor, is always around to help students with any questions, and to offer advice and wisdom from his many years of being a pilot. Kat makes enrolling easy, fun, and friendly, and Mishi in operations schedules lessons with a smile. I can’t wait for the day when me and my friends can work here as CFIs together! I would recommend AoA to anyone who is serious about their dream of becoming a pilot!

I’ve been a student with AoA for a little while, finished my PPL in May, and currently in the middle of my Instrument rating training! Kat made enrolling in the school, and answering all my questions, so simple and easy. My CFI Alex is so knowledgeable and patient, so any questions I have he makes sure to explain until I understand the concepts. Pat, the ground instructor, is always available for extra help. I’ve made a great friend group that is always around to study together, and to provide extra support! Operations, especially Mishi, is so sweet and helpful, she makes scheduling a breeze. I can’t wait until I can one day become a CFI and have students of my own!

As an international student, AoA has been so helpful and supportive in making my dreams of becoming a pilot into a reality. Tommy, Mishi, and Kat have been so helpful in this journey. I have already gotten my PPL & IR, and now am working on my commercial. I can't wait to finish the rest of my training!
