Ground School Teachers needed NOW.
All AOA Locations
We are aggressively looking for educators for all of our school
locations.
The Academy of Aviation is looking for teachers. If you are an educator that wants a direct
impact on student success and the freedom to teach, we have the job for you.
Academy of Aviation is hiring Educators at all of our campuses. Aviation experience is
preferable, but not required. The Academy will train and certificate the right candidates to
satisfy FAA requirements. These positions are for "ground school" classes, and do not
require you to fly.
Your responsibilities include developing lesson plans that support the required curriculum.
You will formulate student assessments and record student attendance. The cool thing here is
that there is no bureaucracy to deal with like a regular school system. You will teach a
very interesting topic to students that have jumped through hoops to get into the program.
You will have a direct and immediate impact on student success and see your students
progress quickly.
Existing CFI's that have flight limitations but still want to be involved in aviation, this
could be perfect for you.
Benefits:
Paid Time Off
Tuition Reimbursement
Employee Discount
Parental Leave
Professional Developement
Detail-oriented -- quality and precision-focused
People-oriented -- supportive and fairness-focused
Team-oriented -- cooperative and collaborative
